hello I am satisfied with this place but I find my apartment not cleaned and the oven is in very poor condition apart from that everything is good thank you i'm happy to join you also I like the apartment

After living at the ponds for over 6+ years I can say that it started off splendidly and ended with a bitter taste in our mouths. The constant turn over for management is ever present and makes it frustrating for tenants to know who to talk to as well as knowing that their concerns are being heard. The ownership company cherishes the bottom line, and the bottom line only. We had gone through almost every issue imaginable while there - busted pipe above the shower, two random car fires, a stabbing, shooting, sewage backups in tubs, toilets overflowing, garbage disposal issues, water leakages from sink and above laundry, being threatened by our neighbors, watching our neighbors skip town on their contractoh and that our car was broken into. The last issue was the final nail in the coffin because when I asked about the possibility of having cameras installed they stonewalled me and said its not possible. Theres barely any new things on property or in the units - anything that has been done is a bandaid. The pool was the best thing, honestly. But its not worth the price with each yearly inflation.

The maintenance guy worked quickly and efficiently. I still have not gotten my washer fixed.
