Im on the phone with our CPA right now because our estimates for business through the end of the year were way off. So were going through new year-end numbers and making on-the-fly adjustments to payroll for the last two months of the year to manage taxes, etc. Literally re-calculating our taxes for 2023 real-time. So helpful. This level of responsiveness is something Ive never experienced with a CPA before. And during all of it she texted us a picture of her new dog. Lol. Really great people to work with.

IRS WILL FINE YOU!!! AMC will ignore you.Had Ann Marie do my business taxes for the 1st & LAST TIME. I contacted AMC 6X after receiving IRS Notice of LATE FILING + PENALTIES. Cost me almost 2K total. Refused to return my call to provide any explanation. Simply told her staff to say, "she's very busy".I should've heeded the 1st red flag: emailed a bill for $125, out of the blue ... NO INVOICE. After calling to inquire, told it was for a 10-15min. conversation. No problem paying for services, however, at least invoice customers. Maybe it's me, thought this was the norm, if you are a PROFESSIONAL business!!! Proceed at your own risk!

Had AMC do my taxes for the first & last time. After AMC did my 2020 taxes, I received multiple letters, IN SEPTEMBER of additional charges & penalties. What really gets me is, one letter read that the incorrect amount was paid. Therefore, not only did I have to pay the correct amount that shouldve been paid, theres a LATE FILING FEE applied. The real slap-in-the-face. I called AMC accounting SIX TIMES. Ann Marie simply had her staff tell me that, shes very busy. WOW How unprofessional! She wasnt too busy to cash my check for her subpar services. Shouldve heeded the 1st warning when I received an emailed bill (out of the blue) for $125. No details in the form of an invoice, just a bill. Apparently, this was for a 10-15min. discussion where Ann Marie provided no notification of any charges. Hello!!! Business 101, customers should know BEFOREHAND, what they will be charged. Geez! Has AMC ever heard of an INVOICE??? Even my mechanic invoices me. I would take these good reviews with a grain of salt.
