Last week I visited Buy Buy Baby. I kept going back & fourth trying to find the best stroller. When I arrived Cecil (I hope I am spelling his name correct) helped me through everything. He showed me over 10 strollers the difference in each stroller & helped me throughout it all. Thank you so much I greatly appreciate it!

Went to the store to do some shopping. Naturally, son had a blow out. No big deal we are at a baby retail store surely changing him would be no issue. Wrong. No changing station when you walk into the bathroom and the only changing station was located in the handicap stall that was locked and out of order. Had to change him in the nursing room which was in use already so we needed to wait.

Highly recommend this store! During our multiple visits to understand and finalize car seat and stroller system, Cecil ( I hope I am spelling his name right) went above and beyond to answer questions and provide great recommendations. He is thorough, does not rush you, and provides detailed insights to help you out! Can't say enough great things about him :) Thank you Cecil!

It was ok.I came to this store because where the hell do you find strollers around here to look at? It seems like a mission impossible. But BBB has a large number of strollers to test and compare to one another so that was my main mission.I set up a registry so that I could keep track of what I might be interested in. That process was fairly quick and easy. I didn't spend too long in the store, though--I'm not a huge fan of shopping to start, and was exhausted that day, so I simply added a couple strollers and a few other things to take a look at later. You can add things to registry online, too, if you like.This is part of the Bed Bath and Beyond family of brands, so it's relatively well priced. The quality of things in general is probably fine since a lot of it is the same stuff you'd buy anywhere. I didn't look at the cribs, clothes, etc. and I'm not sure if I will, but they have all that stuff as well.One thing I noticed and appreciated is that they have a feeding room as you're heading toward the bathroom. It makes sense, obviously, given the type of store it is, but it is still a helpful touch.

Stay away from this location, worse staff working there, I had to return a car seat and they didnt want to take it back, without give me an exactly reason, the manager just turned around and called the next customer.
