        Best salon in the area. My hair has never been as healthy after staying consistent with this team. Aymee, Rosie, Taylor and Paul are all super talented. My color gas more depth and my cut has evolved with my desires every season.

        I recently had a Brazilian blowout experience that left much to be desired. Unfortunately, my stylist Kaitlyns behavior was disappointing; she was rude, overly aggressive while handling my hair, and didn't offer any apologies despite the discomfort. The overall service felt rushed, and to make matters worse, I was overcharged. The final result was not up to par, leaving me dissatisfied with both the experience and the outcome. I hope sharing this feedback can lead to improvements in their services.

      Fedousa,We are sorry to hear this. I was in the salon today and thought your hair was smooth and beautiful when you were done. You seemed happy. I had no idea your visit was not going enjoyable for you. Your hair is very curly and applying heat and tension while doing a Brazilian blowout service is paramount to the results. However you should not be in pain. We are a “platinum “salon according to Brazilian blowout manufacture, and very proud of his title.If there’s a conversation you would like to have with me in the salon in the next week, I will make myself available for you.
