Sooooo disappointed!!!
Disaster!!! Check in was great.
Went to room and tv not working.
Called front desk and was told it's being serviced. My daughter and I went to the pool only to realize there was so much chemical in the water you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool. (Scary) Disappointed we went back to a room with no working tv.
Front desk made every effort to assist and even moved us to a new room-only to get to the new room with no heat. I'm furious because my 8 year old daughter was looking forward to a great day to swim and just relax. I like the aesthetics of the hotel, but everything else was beyond unacceptable! Dy at the front desk went above and beyond to assist, but these issues were way beyond his control. Don't let the "by Hilton" name fool you. Definitely would not stay here again. Disappointed!!

Great location and close to downtown Naperville. On-site EV chargers. Staff was super friendly. Peloton bike in the fitness center. Just make sure you bring your cycling shoes. There's no cage option.

I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton Naperville for four nights and had a mixed experience. Brandon was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, providing excellent service. However, I encountered a significant issue with another staff member. A light skin lady with two nose piercings with pony tail seemed disinterested and disrespectful, spending 15 minutes on the phone talking to her friend and cursing while ignoring guests waiting for assistance. When she finally returned, she was unhelpful and disappeared for another 15 minutes. She seemed disengaged, even listening to music while attending to guests. Additionally, she failed to extend my stay properly, blaming a broken computer and forcing me to handle the extension myself. The breakfast offered was disappointing, with limited options like cold eggs, sausages, and bagels. Overall, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of this staff member. I don't recommend this hotel if you're seeking a pleasant experience or respectful treatment from the employees. It felt like the lady lacked enthusiasm for her job and lacked proper training or education. Elevators was filthy and I found old blood stain on my sheet. I talked to the same lady and she just said sorry. Thats it? Want to give 0 star but giving two just because Brandon was awesome.
