Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville

My stay was horrible, my room didn't have a microwave and my TV wasn't working and I was told that I would get one but that all rooms didn't have a microwave.,?I ended up getting one late Saturday but my checkout was Sunday. Then there was no towels for the pool area at all. Then the elevator went out of service and their was a fire alarm that went off Saturday morning like five times which was inconvenient. Their was only 1 luggage cart and I had to wait for someone to get done in order for me to get my luggage. Then they didnt have overnight housekeeping which I never heard of?? I wouldn't recommend staying here at all too much going on and not worth your money

We found the facility to be in need of a remodel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast bar was just ok. Plenty of parking. Good restaurants nearby, including Italian, steakhouse, fast food.

My stay was horrible. I had a family of 4 (my elderly mother, my 1yr old baby, and my 7yr old child, plus myself) We checked in on Friday 3/29/24 at 4pm. By 7pm we found tiny ants in the room everywhere from by the window to the bathroom. When I notified the staff at the front desk, they informed that they did not have any cleaning staff at night and our room wouldnt get cleaned until the morning. So we got moved to a smaller room that didnt accommodate the space we needed. Also, the smaller room didnt have any microwave. Beyond that, the pool area did not have towels readily available and I had to request them at the front desk as needed. Also to top it off, someone pulled the fire drill at 7am Saturday morning. The front desk staff informed us that we will get compensated for these things at check out but on Sunday when we checked they said the manager wasnt there and I wasnt able to get anything and would have to call back later in the week to get it. Food & drinks: Breakfast was pretty okay.
