        Celebrated my daughter's fifth birthday here and what a great place to have a party for over 30 of her friends! The staff was hands on and guided the children for the entirety of the party. They were easily able to manage a large party of 3-6 year olds. Great range of pottery to select from. Overall, great option for a birthday party (or any celebration)!

        We just went there on Sunday and had a fabulous time! My husband, daughter, and daughter's fianc all took part in the fun. It was a lovely afternoon! There is vast selection of pieces from which to choose. We can't wait to see how our masterpieces turn out once they are fired and glazed! Thank you, Pottery Bayou, for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend Pottery Bayou for children and adults alike. We will be back!

        I live 40 mins away and called to make sure my pieces would be ready when I came to pick them up. I was told they 100% would be ready, we went and they couldnt find our pieces and basically told us it isnt our fault. They didnt offer a refund! And were very unapologetic towards us. I loved the place while painting but horrible management

        Very poor customer service here. My daughter made a cup and during the firing process the staff splattered other paint on it. The manager was rude and stated they werent willing to do anything to make the issue right. Instead they pointed to the bottom of the receipt which has a disclaimer that says they arent responsible for issues like this and only replace the piece if it breaks. Recommend Color Me Mine instead, much better. selection and customer service.

      Adam, we are really sorry that your daughter's piece didn't turn out how she wanted. With the nature of our studio, mistakes do happen and that is why we pointed you to our receipt, not as an excuse but to acknowledge that mistakes happen and although we try very hard not for them to happen, we are human and sometimes things like this do occur. We gave you and your daughter some suggestions on how to fix this issue and we hope that you are able to use the at-home ceramic paint pen to rectify the unwanted spots on her piece or she is welcome to come back to the studio and use our paint to cover-up the spots and re-fire it in the kiln. Again we are really sorry that your experience at our studio didn't meet your expectations and we will strive to do better in the future!
