I was so disappointed with the customer service at this location. Unlike any other color me mine I have ever visited!!
The studio was busy when we stopped in to purchase some pieces to take home for newborn baby footprints. That shouldn't matter. But unfortunately the young girls that were working didn't know a lot about how to help us. When I asked one where the tiles were, her answer was "I dont know, maybe they'd be here?" Then walked away without assisting or asking someone else that worked there for help. Since no one seemed interested in helping us, I opened one of the cabinets below and took two 4" tiles out. The samples were on display so I assumed they were also available for sale. None of the girls knew for sure so they called Cody out from the back. He was extremely short with us and the girls. Sounded very annoyed that we were even asking. He quickly walked away without ever greeting us or making us feel welcome.
I went to pay and was told I'd be charged $24 for studio fees since I was purchasing three items. One jewelry box and two 4" tiles. When I explained that I was painting all three myself with baby footprints, the girl at the register couldn't explain. I saw Cody and went over to ask him. His very rude answer was, well that's the way we do things here! And then promptly walked away. Needless to say I did not buy the tiles and should have walked out without the jewelry box too.
I will definitely not be returning to this location ever again. I will take my finished piece to a different location for firing where I know the customer service will be MUCH better. There is no excuse for Cody's rude and ignorant attitide!
