This may have been the most unethical, egregious, upsettingly absurd sales experience of my entire life. This happened with a Colorado employee. Be aware of their predatory sales pitch. They attempted to take advantage of my wife after a 44 hour labor. The photographer told us the only option was to buy her $400 hospital package which included prints and a canvas. She said otherwise our photos would be deleted. We asked 3 or 4 times if we could think about it, or just pick a few photos we liked. The photographer said "I don't work tomorrow and this is the only way to get your photos." The photographer said she would give us 20 minutes to decide. After she left I called the corporate office because it seemed strange. They said that we could buy the photos online, which is what I had thought originally. They said it sounded so strange because the photographer had been with them for eight years. My wife and I were upset that she tried to con us out of more, so I asked them to contact the photographer and make sure she did not come back to the room. They promised me they would contact her immediately, but I guess they did not because she came back about a half hour later. I'm honestly happy she did, because it clarified that it was not a misunderstanding. She again told us we could not buy the pictures online and had to purchase through her with her package. We never told her we had already contacted corporate and knew she was lying so she kept trying to hard sell us. If she's been doing this for 8 years just think about how many people she's pressured into spending money they might not have. I already told the hospital they should consider kicking out the company.

Savannah Whitwam came from Bella Baby photography while we were in the hospital after having our daughter, and was just a gem! You can tell she adores the work she does and has the best personality for working with parents and babies! She was able to get our daughter calm and swaddled in the most adorable poses. She even changed up her accessories and did different positions. Cutest hospital newborn photos ever! 10/10
