Another excellent job with FCA. Tile work looks great and customers are very happy. My customers couldn't say enough nice things about Latti with the guidance she gave them during the selection process.

We just left with our rug. We purchased (or so we thought) a 8x10 rug area rug. They gave us a 8x12 rug with a pad that was too small (would have fit under an 8x10 area rug. The manager wanted to charge us for the larger pad (that we have to cut ourselves). The extra fee was $26 and they argued to no end until we agreed to pay half. Really......?? What pettiness and what a scam. So we left with our pad and our area rug and we also left to never come back. No thank you FCA!!! Buyer beware!!

Have made several purchases from FCA and always had a wonderful experience. Jose their delivery man is marvelous and very pleasant. I recommend this company highly.
