        I am not sure what has happened to these guys in the past couple of months but their support is a mess. We make changes. They implement them but they are wrong. One issue has over 30 emails and multiple calls and is still not right. It is causing issues with our customers. This is endangering our integrity and reputation. This is exactly why we left DealerOn. Even though switching website providers is an extremely long and difficult process.. We just put in our cancellation.
