        My mother has been at this elevate care location for 2.5 years and I can say without question that it's the best care she could've gotten anywhere. My family and I love the staff and administrators. There is ease of mind knowing the care she is receiving. We couldn't recommend this place enough to anybody else.

        It's amazing how people can get on here and Lie like Dogs about how wonderful this Hell hole of a place is,all I can say is if they are saying good things they must be getting paid to say so, Don't believe nothing good about this Hell hole,my mother gave up being in this Rat Trap the staff crew wants your Love ones to Die their, because with them it's all about who's gonna get the Bed next,it all comes down to your insurance and not the patients.may GOD have mercy on all them workers souls who ever had worked with my Mother.because what goes around comes around they will get it all back TEN folds over,May you now Rest in peace MOM

        Front desk person was nice and welcoming.! She pointed out the restroom, and took us to the Elevator. During our visit we have observed the good work of the employees, who have served our inpatient relative. Keep up the good work.! Elevate Care Niles. Thank you.!

        I been waiting to write this review but please dont send your love ones here. My father was transfer to another place and wow the energy and the staff were amazing my father was super happy at the new place. On the other hand this place is basically feels like a waiting game to death. We had some issues with the CNA and we didnt want her to be around my dad due to my dad complaining about the way she treated with him. Well we took it against the manager and didnt do anything and he also had a dirty attitude. My father wasnt able to feed him self so the CNA would I would watch her feeding him sense she said its her job but it got me mad that should would give him spoonful of food back to back. They also dont take the patients like a small walk they dont do games or nothing all the patients are just in the room staring at the TV or wall
