Horrible! They do not listen to your needs . Theres a lot of negligence . They do not care about the patients . I would not recommend! Please do not take to your loved ones here . You will regret it !

Lied to me that my godmother /auntie was ever even there and She was in there care and passed before getting to the ER! She had certain health issues no life-threatening before and she was cared for and still alive elsewhere. Her pumpkin snickelfritz. Shame on them all!

I inquired about this facility several times and spoke with a Renee and Colleen who never called back. Each time I spoke with them, I was told Id receive a call back by the end of day and never did. Several days went by so I decided to stop by for a tour. While there, I asked for either of them and was told that they were unavailable but would call me - again, they never did. Its now been weeks. The facility itself was clean and decent however the 2nd floor smelled, which tells me, patients waste might be discarded in their rooms. Anyhow To this day, no one has ever called back which is very disheartening. People are trying to place their loved ones in facilities with semi decent reputations - I was excited for this place to be a possible home for my Dad but perhaps it was best that he wasnt there at all. Do better. Its unprofessional to not return calls (especially) for admission.

What a wonderful experience! My mother was recently at Regency after being in the hospital for a while. From the minute we arrived my mother felt welcomed and greatly cared for. I was so happy that she was encouraged to get up and out of her room. She had her meals in the most beautiful dining room with other residents where she made a couple of friends that she still keeps in touch with.She even had lunch with the administrator a couple times. Speaking of the dining room, Melanie serves the meals in the dining room and is so caring and sweet. The food was hot and my mother really enjoyed it. The CNA Arlene is so attentive and it is evident that she really cares from her heart. The therapy team is winderful and really helped my mom get back on her feet. The administrator Renee was so helpful with everything that we needed and visited with my mom every day. Her passion for this facility and the patients shines through.Sylvia at the front desk is so sweet her smile when you walk in the building is so welcoming. I would highly recommend Regency. I would trust them with my mother again.
