Justin helped us to replace the flush lever on our toilet. We could not get one of the screws out to take out the broken lever. Justin was great. He took care of it right away, pays to have the right tools and know-how. Very nice guy.
2-7-23 Paul came out to do a complimentary check up on our plumbing. He drained the water heater, checked the sump pump and back up sump pump and battery, and fixed a small issue with our toilet. He gave us estimates for swapping out our water shut off valves and a maintenance free back up sump pump battery. Paul was very nice, friendly, informative and professional. It was a good experience. Always happy with Precision Today. I called the office and renewed our No Problems membership.
3-16-21 Chad tightened a nut on our toilet valve...warranty work from 3-8 drain repair. It was loose and leaking a tiny bit. No charge. Chad is always great.
Last week was a major drain unclog, involved Ari, Steve and Stephen. All were terrific..very nice, respectful and knowledgable.
Jan 2020- Chad did a great job! He was so nice, knowledgeable and respectful.
Would have given you 5 stars, but our only complaint is your price being so high.

Patrick installed our new water heater. We took the basic warranty. He was very knowledgable and courteous. He was very patient with all of my questions. We are happy with the service.
