John, did a very good job installing my water heater. He was on time and very friendly. He offered a range of options. He also did a good job cleaning up after himself. He had to bring the tank in on a dolly. The wheels of the dolly left dirty tracks on the floor. With a different place performing this this job, I would for sure be the one cleaning that up. This is the second job done by Precision Today. Both times the techs were great. The work was great and they both cleaned up their mess. Use these guys for your next HVAC job. You won't regret it.

Dave was terrific! He was friendly and wanted help solve my clogged main line issue. He used a camera to determine what was clogging the main line. I could see the tree roots growing in the pipe. Dave explained 3 different options for taking care of the problem and made a recommendation based on what we saw thru the camera. He was very knowledgeable and I trusted his expertise. He used hydro jetting to remove the roots and the clog. There was no damage to my clay pipes. I'm thrilled beyond words - everything is flowing smoothly again! Service: Water heater repair
