BEWARE!! We are deeply concerned about the incident that occurred during our stay at your establishment. Following our wedding night, we inadvertently left a pair of Cartier sunglasses on the desk in our room. Upon realizing our oversight, we promptly contacted the hotel within 30 minutes to ensure the room had not been serviced, intending to retrieve our belongings. Regrettably, upon our return, we discovered the room had already been cleaned. We immediately sought assistance from the manager, Carmie, requesting a review of the security footage. After multiple follow up calls Carmie emailed and advised that she had spoken to the housekeeping manager and has no reason to believe the item was stolen. Through Uber footage, we were able to confirm that we indeed entered the hotel with the sunglasses in our possession. It is imperative to note that these sunglasses held significant sentimental value, being a vintage family heirloom of priceless worth. Therefore, it is beyond disappointing that such a cherished possession was not safeguarded accordingly. We firmly believe that the staff should be held to a higher standard of care and accountability. Given this unfortunate experience, we advise to look for a different hotel.

Incorrectly charged me and still have not refunded the charge after admitting the error and multiple calls over the last month. This is how they treat Platinum Elite members. Not to mention during our visit the hallways and elevators were dirty, front drive unsafe and not cleared of ice, and the front desk staff was too lazy to get me an extra bottle of hand lotion.

The front desk staff was great, the bartenders were great. The management of this hotel is the problem. Too often people have a bad experience and blame the front line employees - I want to be clear that they are not the issue here. The people making the decisions about the way this hotel operates are the problem. The bar closes too early, the options for breakfast are terrible, the rooms lack basic amenities like a desk and chair. One elevator is out of order leaving just one to serve nine floors. The tap water comes out of the faucet a milky white, both hot and cold. The people who made these decisions are the reason that I won't book here in the future. Your front line employees are wonderful. Your management team needs an overhaul, because they're making terrible decisions and neglecting vital repairs. I would have spent significantly more here if these poor management choices were different.
