I had a horrible experience here. My youth group conference was here late December and while we were here the water pipe burst in our first meeting room then the heat broke in our next meeting room a my youth group were so cold for most of the conference. They came and brought one small heater after several attempts to reach a manager, to no avail. Several of the rooms hot water were not working. We had abt 15-20 rooms and we were extremely disappointed. The youth loved the birds and the basketball area but everything else was horrible. We were treated very bad by the staff and we still have not been compensated for this horrible experience. I have a youth group who on one hand loved the area with the talking birds and swimming pool but we cannot return because of the rest of the issues! The parking lot was in construction and the key cards werent working. We were given the worst rooms possible, I dont want to believe that race played a part but it sure seemed that way! It was just too much wrong even for someone who is usually patient. I do not recommend this place!!!!

Terrible place to stay. Dirty. Service was awful. Not a nice place.

I had nice fresh breakfast and delicious dinner. Worth to come here again.
