I stayed there for one month so I had the chance to see its full operation. I will try to provide details that I hope future customers will find useful. The room was of a very good size, tidy and clean.Toilet was fine, too, while hotel provides different size of towels and toiletries! I enjoyed a very comfortable huge bed as well as the sofa chair,while the desk is useful for those who want to spend some time for work. Fridge and microwave work perfectly. I had housekeeping every single day and change of seedbeds every 3-4 days. The hotel provides a descent breakfast between 6-9. In my opinion the breakfast time could be extended up to 10 - 10.30 am at weekends! The choice of foods is good enough for someone who stays 2-3 days and includes boiled or scrambled eggs, with sausages or warm sandwiches. Milk and cereals, some choices of donuts and a funny pancake machine! Filter coffee and hot water for tea are provided 24h per day. For me, because I stayed for one month, I would prefer a somehow larger variety in the breakfast. I used 4-5 times the small gym of the hotel and it was ok for keeping your body moving, nothing special, but I havent seen something much better even at very expensive 5* hotels. I didnt use the swimming pool, but I saw other customers to enjoy their time there. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Something that I noticed and made my stay very good was that the staff who work there are happy! Please note this is very important for us as customers! When we stay at a hotel or go out for food or just when we have the role of the customer it is so important to meet smiling staff who is happy! Staff in this hotel look happy for their job and they have very good relations one to each other (this is also a credit for the manager who hired these people :)). Overall, even though the hotel is not a luxurious one, I would say that it is 100% value for money hotel. I give a 5*, not because it is the best hotel I have ever been, but because it worths every single dollar I paid for this hotel. Thank you guys for the warm accommodation I had the previous month! Rooms: My room was big enough, with a comfortable bed, a big TV, sofa chair and importantly with fridge and desk where I could work! Toilet was clean and even though not huge it was tidy. I highlight that my room had everyday housekeeping service! Nearby activities: A small mini market that operates just opposite (but in safe distance from the hotel) in the gas station, could provide all the everyday essentials. In the next corner, within just a two minutes walking distance there is the restaurant Urbana with very descent food. Bus stop to city centre is just within 1 minute walking distance. Safety: I stayed for one month here. Even thought at the first couple of days I was very careful about any potential safety risk, I understood very fast that I was staying in a very safe hotel that is located in a safe area. Food & drinks: The hotel provides a good enough breakfast, however a restaurant opposite the hotel offers meals and drinks daily since 6am. Noteworthy details: Since I wanted a room for one month and I was coming from an other country I spent a lot of time reading reviews about this hotel. I have to disagree with some of the reviews about the impoliteness of the staff. During my stay, I felt like home since the first day! Because I stayed for one month I had the chance to meet and talk with all the people who work there (receptionists, housekeepers). They were all very kind with me, and helpful on what I asked!
