        I will never stay at this hotel again we are two black families and the manager came to the door multiple times talking about my daughter phone is loud no speaker or anything quiet time is at 10 pm it is 12pm we drove over 8 hrs to get here for an event and just because I quoted the rule book to the manager she was going to kick my family out of this hotel then she said you all have 20 minutes to get your things or Im calling the police then 12 minutes later she comes upstairs apologizing to me and my family and said she was wrong for what she said and she wants us to stay this is the worst hotel and management I have ever seen and we travel all over the the world

      Tyshaun,Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read your review but understand your frustration. The hotel first approached you to ask if you could quiet down as your surrounding neighbors had called and even one switched rooms. We did hear the noise as we were approaching your room from numerous doors down. We have an obligation to all guests that they are able to enjoy their stay. You are correct that 10:00 pm is our quiet time but please understand that if other guests are calling about a loud room disturbing their stay we must address it. We are happy you chose to stay and hope you enjoy the rest of your visit with us.
