Fech proved to be the one responding to my call for a tow of my dead Honda Odyssey. Looking under my hood he immediately assured me that a tow could very well be unlikely. How? Produced his portable charger and, sure enough, a quick start! Cheerful, knowledgeable, and engaging, Fech finished his first aid for me with insightful personal context that made my day. Had a flat tire, I removed the tire and tried putting the spare tire on but my jack for the pickup truck didn't go high enough to put my spare tire on actually I was only less than 2 inches short so my only option was to call a tow service, the guy came out and I gave him the information on what happened he proceeded to get a small jack with some cut 2x4 off his truck and tried jacking my truck up it didn't even go as far as my jack went let alone he dropped my truck twice on a block board luckily it was under my rotor so I told him my jack will do the job so I gave him my jack and watched him slowly jack it up to the height it needed to be I grabbed the tire and put it on myself and tighten the lug nuts to the point they didn't need torqued, and to turn around and get a bill for $100 for that service when I myself did his job is terrible.. so I refuse and will not recommend that person or this company if they're charging extreme prices for less and not substantial work...

Fech was amazing!!! He was super professional, came quick and super calm throughout the whole process. He eased my concerns and I was able to feel calm/not worried at all in a very stressful situation. Thank you Fech for helping me with my vehicle lockout (unlocking my car door because I locked myself out of my car)!
