        One of your drivers decided to get disrespectful towards me for looking at him illegally tow another tenants car. Then he decides to threaten me as if HE thinks he is the police. Very unprofessional. His job was to tow the cars NOT dictate orders to me and make threats. 11.00 am Garden Village. Hope he gets a better attitude or another job.

        Had to have my jeep towed and Kalen arrived within 45 mins from calling. He was super friendly and professional! He was the first driver to ever tow my jeep like this...I asked why and he explained that since it was a 4WD it would be less damage on my transmission which was great...and I appreciated that. Treated my vehicle like it was his own. KUDOS to you Kalen!!
