Stopped in to replace parts for my push mower. I had the brand, model and serial number off the deck. The man needed the numbers off the motor which I didn't have. Luckily I had a photo on my phone of the area I needed the part for, I showed it to him and he said that is a Tecumseh. He went to get the part but they were out said he'd order some and have it in a couple days. Which he did and I bought 2 so I'd have extra. The guys were very busy but friendly and polite. He has won my respect and business.
