Chris with Hobbs Automotive provided me with Great communication to me regarding all the necessary repair information and went out of his way to provide me with service updates on his progress of the job. I was impressed with his willingness to help me understand how and why I needed to repair my vehicle and he explained what caused the problem. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and has great customer service skills! Upon payment he provided me a detailed invoice and receipt as well as a Warranty on all his parts and labor! I highly recommend his services!

Mr Huffman, you should try to give me a call personally, id like to thank you for trying my shop out, however respectfully, i bought the parts for you car, tore it down and you insisted on picking the car up, if you remember correctly you had it towed to me and then without me asking paid me up front for the job i had never requested you to do, then due to you being out of town i must not have been able to complete it fast enough. first and foremost, i APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR FRUSTRATION. SECONDLY PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL SO WE CAN NOW COME TO A CIVIL AGREEMENT RATHER THAN PUBLICALLY YOUR HURTING MY LIVLIHOOD AS A MAN.
