Great customer service!!! We had traveled an hour to visit my daughter who is attending college there in Angola and our vehicle started having issues the guys at Midas got me in on a Saturday, there was quite a bit wrong with my vehicle and they stayed later to make the repairs and get me back on the road.

I couldnt imagine coming back here even if it were my only option. I brought my truck in for a specific issue that I was having. I received a quote that was many of thousands of dollars to fix multiple things wrong with the truck. I ignorantly assumed that some of these things probably had to do with the issue I was facing, and others were likely maintenance that I just needed to get done. I agreed to have the truck fixed as I needed it and it was quite undrivable after several days of delay I was promised my truck will be done at 8 AM on Saturday. I drove over an hour to pick up my truck which was not finished. Later in the day when it was finished, I took it for a test drive in the specific issue. I brought that truck in for had not been resolved. thats the truck was still not drivable. I was told that they could fix the issue by Tuesday when I order a new part. I was asked to pay my bill, the incredibly expensive bill, they did not solve the one issue. I asked to be solved.
After driving all the way back home, I was called to be informed that my truck was in fact fixed without the ordering of a new part because it was just something in the computer system that need to be reset.
Not only did Midas waste my time and my energy, but I feel as if they were quite shady in the way they handled this situation. I now have an incredibly expensive bill, and I do understand many new things in my truck, but I asked for something specific to be fixed, and that was clearly fixed for free way after all of this money was invested in this truck.
I appreciate the hard work they put into renewing many of the parts in my truck and hope itll be great for the longevity of my vehicles life. But you want to take your car or vehicle to a company that is transparent, reliable, and honest then this is not the place for you.
PS to Midas, asking someone to pay their several thousand dollar bill when they still have to leave their truck and keys at Midas because the one issue that needed fixed is still not fixed and the truck is not even drivable, thats mind blowing. You have some nerve.
No help was ever offered. I reached out to Midas after their reply. I called them and emailed them. No solution to this has come to fruition. Bummer.
