Scholar's Rooftop

Its a quiet complex in a decent location. Its also relatively new and up to date. My one complaint is the parking. There are only 6 spots in the garage (with 13 units in the building and a business on the ground floor occasionally taking up parking during the day too). The street parking advertised is also limited. E 15th St parking next to the building is residential only and you cant buy a permit from the city to park there because the address of the building isnt eligible. They also ticket here. On W 15th there is only 4 or so spots available (across N Walnut from the building next to the CVS). There is parking down the street at Scholars Rock, but that is a couple minute walk away. You can also pay to park on N Walnut, but having to pay and the traffic at that point of N Walnut doesnt make that ideal.

Great place to live! Really nice apartments that are comfortable and quiet. The rooftop can't be beat and I love the location. The office has always been responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend Scholar's Rooftop!

Exponentially better than my experiences with Pavilion Properties and Parker Real Estate. Well-made apartments, I can never hear my neighbors. The staff is so nice compared to other companies in Bloomington. Parking is free and your guests can park there, which is great. There are 6 covered spots, which is also nice in the winter. Can be difficult to get a spot and they have extra parking 2 blocks away. It used to scare me to walk down Walnut alone at night as a woman, but nothing has happened yet.

Lived here with my significant other for 3 years starting when they were brand new. Great maintenance, and beautiful apartments. Some of the best priced higher-end apartments in town.
