        Warning! Laundry rooms are so poorly constructed that they have to turn off the washers when the weather drops below freezing. They will also provide no notice to tenants about this until after the washers have already been shut down.

        I have lived here over 2 years and it has been great. The office staff and maintenance people are always professional and nice. They have even worked with me about times they come to the apartment due to my work schedule. The area is quiet and they keep the grounds maintained nicely

        Great location. Lovely management. Rent is a little bit on the higher end. Maintenance turn over is amazing - most of my Maintenance requests were solved the same day. Would definitely recommend.
