I called the shop on the way to the shop to see if they could do a tire repair. Not only did they repair the tire, they also changed the oil. I was gone in 20 minutes. This is the only mechanic I trust ! Ive used them several times in the past without any regrets.

Our 2016 Subaru Outback needed a good check up and Mason Auto did a thorough job checking it out. They then presented the options to us in an easy to understand way. The quote for needed repairs was sent to us and we were able to choose what we wanted done. During the repair another issue was found and Jared called to explain what had been found and talked through the options and which of the repairs should take precedence. Our overall experience was wonderful and we felt like a valued customer, even though it was our first time to use Mason Auto. We certainly will be returning!
