Website said they opened at 7. Made an 8:00 appointment and arrived at 7:15 to drop off. They were closed. Had to leave my car outside with the key in it. Got a voice mail a few hours later about someone else's car, not mine. I got an email from them saying they rotated my tires and I owed $29. I called to ask if that's what was making the noise and was it ready to pick up. They called me by the wrong name, then listed a litany of things that needed fixing for $700. I said go ahead. I called again after work to see if it was ready, and I got called by the wrong name again. Also they found MORE things they wanted to do to it and asked if I could leave it overnight. No, I can't. Went to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. Asked them to make sure it was MY car they were talking about after mixing it up all day. Ended up paying just $95 and wondering whose car I authorized $700 worth of work for. Had my car fixed the next day by someone else, cheaper, nicer, and better service.

I never write bad reviews, but please avoid! I came in with screechy brakes. After inspection, they quoted me $2000 for a full brake replacement (pads, rotors, calipers, hoses) on just my rear brakes plus miscellaneous extra expenses. I went to a local place in town for a second opinion. It turns out my calipers and hoses were working just fine. I got the job done for $500.

Service person was very easy to work with. Did everything they said, when they said. He also let me know about upcoming big sales in the next month, which is realy good to know if you're thing about getting work done.
