        Our body repair took 5 weeks. Seems that several times the discovery was made that another part was needed and thus another delay. Since we know nothing about your business, that might be normal. Seemed unnecessarily long to us.

        Sat around for 2 hours waiting for an oil change. Eventually had to ask when it would be complete. Turns out my service advisor (Nate) didn't bother to tell me it had been completed quite a while ago.
