        Although I had an online rental contract the old lady in the office refused to give me the car I rented. They choose customers based on their races. I am a foreigner so I do not deserve to reserve a car.

        I'm a long time Avis customer and this is the worst location I have ever used. They never have cars, but take your reservation (and money) and cancel and leave you without options at the last minute. St my most recent experience, they closed early and refused to take my car then forced me to purchase additional rental days until they were open again. The staff is wonderful, but the Avis location is beyond help. If you value your time, rent elsewhere.
