        They don't manage their inventory. Call center said they would have a vehicle at 1pm, i got to the storefront, they said the call center didn't know what they're talking about and they won't have anything until 5pm. Meanwhile, I'm stuck. Don't trust the call center info. It's not accurate. They have no idea of what vehicles are available when.

        You won't get your car, go somewhere else. We booked a car for 10am one week in advance, and a staff called me at 9:50am saying they didn't have any car available until about 11:30am or even 12pm. We went to the store at 11:30am, still no car. Luckily we decided to cancel it at 12pm instead of wasting more time with them. Also, talked with the staff for three times, didn't hear the word 'sorry' or ' apologize' for a single time from her, looks like they are used to wasting customers time and feel so normal about it.
