Friendly reminder to everyone to stay away from this place. They will lie to you. They will overcharge you. They will take advantage of you.
Edit: No thank you. Out of all the bad customer experiences I've had throughout my life, you guys take the cake. But thank you for teaching me to always do my due diligence. Always remember, even if you are sick and in pain, there are bloodsucking leeches like Aspen Dental in Bloomington out there to prey on you. I'm hoping other people will learn from my mistake.

After having the same dental provider for 15 years our insurance company switched us to Aspen Dental. Calling to make an appointment is almost impossible. I needed a Friday appointment because of work and was told they dont schedule on Friday. This was very strange but went ahead and scheduled for a Thursday. Got the message asking for confirmation and of course confirmed. Upon arrival was told that I couldnt be seen because they were having computer issues. So I was rescheduled for for the next daythe day I initially wanted Friday. Although they were still having computer problems I was seen by the dentist and discussed what needs to be done. I was told I would hear from them the following Monday with plan and pricing. Still waiting a week later so I called and lo and behold they are still having computer issues. On top of that they have misplaced my insurance information. This was just the initial appointment! After reading through reviews Im very concerned about going forward with this office and am considering driving farther to Greenwood Aspen.

We took my 96 yr old father to have a liner placed in his denture. The whole staff were very professional and kind! Thank you for all you did to make our lives better. It was greatly appreciated!

If i could give 0 stars i would have this location is a very bad place to go they beat around the bush and never get what you need done they add in extra stuff and procedures and prices all while not taking care of your problem you originally came for they are money hungry and dont care about patients they give you appointments just for you to show up and the dentist is no where insight very unprofessional Aspen Dental here in Bloomington Indiana is the worst place ever do not get fooled no matter how nice they are to you at first its all a front to get you in and get your money .

Friendly. A little disorganized. Playing catch-up. Had to move appointments around. No doctor one day. No implants another day. Getting there.
