        Three months ago AT&T installed home Internet service for me. They extended a "temporary" line across my neighbor's yard and driveway to connect my house. Someone was supposed to come the next week to bury the line. Now three months later the line is still there. Repeated calls to ATT&T have done me no good. I've had four different techs come out, and declare they are the wrong person to fix the problem. The neighbors are getting understandably upset, and I am left with the only option of disconnecting service.

        Talked to AT&T employee Joseph, and he was extremely helpful! Ive never had problems with my wifi plan and only had to call when setting up the wifi and when closing my AT&T account, but each time, the employees were extremely kind and helpful and made sure I had all my questions answered! Highly recommend AT&Ts services :D
