Finally, another option for internet! I was hoping fiber would get here and it did! Thank you! Installation was fast, friendly and efficient. Informative tech and placed the modem where I wanted. When all was connected, I couldn't believe the speed - CONSISTENT speed - that I was getting. I use a lot of internet devices and GigabitNow's fiber keeps up with them all. Quick on all my Alexas (and I have a ton), Hue Lights (again, all my lights are Hue), whole home music streaming and just normal streaming on phone and tablet - flawless. Playing PS5 is lag free and efficient as well as updating games and downloading new ones. All in all, could not be happier - ZERO down time or resetting the modem - which I always had to do previously. Great service - highly recommend!

I love GigabitNow! I've had it for about 4 months and my wife and I are very happy with them. We were the first house in Columbus, IN to get service. The install went smoothly and quickly, and Jake and Charisma were both present to answer any questions we had. They're both awesome and so helpful!

Testing out at 2100 megabits up and down. Had some initial issues, but Adriell was able to help me troubleshoot and get up and running. If you bring your own router, make sure that IPv6 is turned on.

I absolutely love my internet service. Before my computer was hard wired into the internet and it's as fast if not faster using the wi-fi and not being hardwired. Streaming tv is amazing no lags. If you live in Columbus and don't have it yet go get it!!! You won't be sorry.
