Bought my fiancs engagement and wedding band at this store as well as got my grandpas wedding band resized at this store. Zachary and Melissa were extremely nice and helpful. They are not pushy but helped answer any questions I had as well as helped with a resizing issue I had with my grandpas band. They were communicative and helpful but never pushy salesman in the process and got everything we wanted and needed in our wedding bands Very much recommend.

I had bought a chain from this place got home and the latch was broken. Frustrating but not a big deal. I got there to let them see it and they proceeded to blame me for breaking it. Horrible customer service.
