        Donna is efficient and very knowledgeable! Recommend her office with flying colors. Kelly is wonderful to work with as well. They are timely and great at communicating each step. All the work was done for me!

        Communication, follow up, and procrastination nightmare!  I hired Donna Fay Pratt for a dissolution of marriage. She used to be one of the best in Bloomington (so I'm told by the "old timers"), but she has taken on a workload which is impossible for any professional to keep up with and therefore her clients suffer the consequences. I found out important dates (such as hearing continuances) from my spouse's attorney or through mycase.gov.  Important emails, phone messages, etc. were ignored. Donna is a compassionate, kind person. However, when it comes to professionalism she just doesn't have the staff/help to keep up with her caseload. Sadly, I highly recommend passing on Pratt Law Office if looking for an attorney.
