I discovered that my vehicle will run without a filter for 5k miles due to this place not reinstalling one after an oil change. I sat outside for over an hour while they 'waited for my filter to arrive.' Never going back. Service: Oil change

I'm pretty sure my oil filter wasn't changed. The "new" oil filter looks like it been in my car for months and needed to add oil later that day. Oil light came on so I checked the oil. My engine was 2 qrt low. Topped it off and has been fine for 2 months now since. I've been going to liberty lube for 5 years now and the last 3 visits both my wife's car and my car needed oil added very soon after visit. Something has changed and not for the better

I have been using liberty lube for a number of years until today when I was told that there were only 2 of them there and they were taking appointments only. Even though there were no vehicles there being worked on! The young lady came out of the restroom and then said the guy was using the bathroom. Quite disgusted. They seem to be too busy messing around in the bathroom to actually help customers. I'll be finding another service facility.
