Our kitchen sink hardware includes separate faucet, handle and sprayer. The sprayer would no longer tighten down properly, so water would leak into the cabinet under the sink. The Mann plumber came out and said that it was rusted so it wasn't possible to fix the problem. So, we had him replace all 3 pieces, so they would match. When the bill came, the charge for the hardware was much more than the plumber said it would be. I asked to have it adjusted, and the person in charge very grudgingly did so. Then we discovered that both the handle and the sprayer weren't fastened down properly, so water still leaked under the sink. After several attempts to tighten them down myself, I left a message with that same person in charge asking that someone come out and complete the installation properly. He has not responded. Mann Plumbing used to be a good company. My wife was a Realtor and would recommend them regularly. I certainly wouldn't recommend them now. Service: Faucet installation
