        Easy set up over the phone. I'm just storing excess household stuff after a move to a smaller place so I got a 55 unit and they let me waive the insurance. Easy to sign digital documents for the contract. I was immediately in the system because when the email with the code didn't come through (spam filter maybe?) I got it through the automated phone system. I was able to speak to the local manager quickly to get a map. I love that they provide a lock because I panicked when i got there and realized I didn't think of getting one. The unit holds all my stuff with space leftover so I think that's great.

        Do not rent here unless you want to get scammed. They increased my rate by 80% without notice. And were quite rude when I inquired about the increase. Im now being charged a lot more than the rate they have posted on their website. It seems like a good deal to get you in the door, but then they will price gouge you.
