I would not rent from here for the simple fact they are overpriced you can find it cheaper somewhere else. Plus you cant never get a hold of anybody and all they do is keep raising your rent. I have been here for 10 years and Ive been here since they took over and ever since they took over every damn six months raising the rent, and then they keep moving the office where you cant pay and then you cant get a hold of nobody. I wouldnt rent here.

My review is to Cathleen........You are good people! What you did for me was above & beyond your job title & this was after a phone call with a crazy lady (crazy lady being me!) When you said you didn't want to see me lose my belongings you truly meant it! THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!! I hope your employer gives you the recognition you so deserve!

I liked them when they first took over Ellettsville affordable storage but every month my fee for my storage.unit Keeps going up with no explanation no email, no phone call no formal letter with the change until you go to pay your bill and its a slap in the face. The employees have always been kind and its not their fault that the business they work is shady. . I will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau about this due to the fact that when I first communicated with them when they bought out Ellettsville affordable storage unit would be cheaper than what it was prior and now, Each month it keeps increasing almost $20 more. Its hard enough to survive with everything going up food, bills, And just the necessity to be able to survive, and then to do this to people who are on a limited budget who plan to only spend a certain amount each month on certain things And then, when they go to pay their bill they cant pay that increase so theyre gonna lose their personal items how heartbreaking. These mindless fees for a million dollar company. I understand buying a new business but what about the people that already are established there and been there for several years why raise their cost of their storage unit? I understand new renters, but not the ones that already have one its so unfair. I will be contacting several places to make formal complaints.
