Huntington Bank

They must be short staffed, every Saturday I go and there are LONG WAIT TIMES!

I've been to this location a few times. The staff are fairly nice and helpful. The last time I came in, was regarding a bank card not processing a payment. The staff member at the time spent I think it was ~15 minutes maybe waiting on hold with the cash processor (Master card) help line to figure out why the payment did not process. Also just a general heads up to other people reading this review, google might say there is a drive thru but there is not one. There an ATM on the sidewalk you can use.

Every time I come here to cash a check from the same company they tell me it will not cash so I drive 30 mins away for another Huntington bank to cash. This time when I talk to a Hispanic they find the problem and was able to cash fyi Im black

Huntington bank was charging my account monthly for inactivity I tried to call the Old Meridian bank several times in which no one would ever answer the phone. I left messages, without a call back. I tried another Huntington bank and the person claimed they had never heard of this before and needed to call their manager and they would be calling me back. This never happened. I called another branch since I was continuing to receive emails that Huntington bank was taking money from my account due to inactivity, and still could not get answers. In fact, the (2nd) person I spoke with also claimed he wasnt sure why this was happening and would have his manager call me and they as well did not. The account eventually drained to $0 after Huntington Bank continued to deduct fees due to inactivity I tried calling 3 different banks with no follow up. Today I spoke with a manager at a Huntington Bank due to lack of communication from this branch and this person told me they cant do anything about it. I filed a formal complaint today due to the continuous deductions from my account for inactivity and a continuous lack of follow up from this bank to resolve this issue.

Worst experience ever the bank representative lied to me over the phone saying that they had a drive thur when they don't. and when I challenged her on why did she tell me that over the phone. She began combative. Then I ask for a Manager she said that there is no Manager really all banks have a member of Management present.
