        Wonderful bank, staff is really friendly, Beth is super nice and Megan was really helpful in getting my accounts started up. The customer service which Im assuming is based downtown can be a little difficult and the fees tend to stack up. Otherwise the staff at this location are just wonderful, very satisfied.

        Everyone at NBOFI is friendly and helpful, but perhaps the best is the manager at the Hazel Dell location, Ms. Megan Doster. I have been a customer for 20 years.

        Great, professional, and friendly customer service. The folks here are the best. Did business banking with NBI with a former employer, and would highly recommend. Always enjoyed my branch visits.
