Not sure about this branch but I am leaving this bank because like most of the big banks they do everything to make it hard on the client and easy on them. Nothing but frustrations. You can only see your statements online if you sign up for estatements. That plus the big bank automation on the phone just proves they only care about their profits and not their clients

Five stars but to today I received a call from northbank that I will receive a check on my mail for 86$ overpaid on June. So its was late fee for payments always made on or before time with proofs the receipts I told Ms C** for what this fee? He says i will call you later and let’s you know he never called. Before I leave i told him I will go direct to Keybank and refinance he says ok mo . I called the customer service number also they not help me. Then after thats my 2 brothers also go and refinance with Keybank for some issues also happens with them.

Greg is great! I would highly recommend Greg McKenzie at Mutual Bank! He was and is very timely with the process on closing a home, provided great friendly service and exceeded my expectations!
