I recently sold my home with the help of Chris Gould. I cannot say enough nice things about his assistance. He was professional, extremely responsive, and handled some unforeseen hiccups with grace. I got a profit I am extremely happy with and never had to worry about whether things were being handled properly, even though I live out-of-state. I dont often write reviews, but Chris and his team deserve recognition for how easy they made the selling process!

If you think you cant buy a home for ANY reason, let me tell you Shelly Walters will take on that challenge and make it happen! She did it for me!?!? I needed to buy a home for my daughter and I and the situation wasnt ideal at all! I had very little money to put down. There isnt much inventory out there to purchase currently in May 2023 its still a sellers market! The rates are higher than they have been in recent years! You name it I had the challenges of all challenges! Today I am officially a homeowner and it would NOT HAVE HAPPENED if it werent for the hard work, dedication, selflessness, creativity, experience and education that Shelly has that made it possible! Shelly goes above and beyond for her clients. She is always available to answer your questions. She has great communication overall. Not only does Shelly and her team have years of experience but they stay on top of what is currently happening in the market with their podcast Indy Real Estate Market. This means she will guide you to do what is best for your situation. There isnt anything she wont do to make sure you are taken care of. I watched her help the sellers agent on my deal. Work through a lower appraisal than our offer without any hiccups. Got me the best inspector out there! (Thank you, CLEAR VIEW INSPECTIONS, LLC!!) She even met and PAID the HVAC guy at the property so I could get a gas leak fixed while I was out of town! I mean COME ON who does that! She educated me on my options to get a lower rate on my mortgage. Again, she goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her clients! She truly cares about what is important to you. She won't push you to do something that isn't in your best interest. She breaks down all your options and works night and day to make things happen. I am FOREVER grateful for how hard she worked for me! My daughter and I feel so blessed to have her to work with! This process could have been a lot more painful if I had an agent that didnt care so much. Thank you SHELLY WALTERS REALTY for all you did for me!
