DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to take bedbugs home with you. Would give zero stars for service if I could. We found bedbugs in room 119 when we woke up in the morning. We told staff upon checkout and showed them a picture of the bedbugs on the floor and on the comforter. They said there was nothing they could do. I also tried to get help from Priceline, which is who we booked through. Priceline called the hotel and the woman behind the counter lied and said we did not let them know. And Priceline believed them! Like a hotel is going to willingly admit they have bedbugs. Absolutely the worst customer service from both parties. Bedbugs happen, even at higher star hotels, but their unwillingness to acknowledge or even attempt rectify the situation is deplorable. After looking at other reviews, obviously this is an ongoing issue. Shame on them and Priceline for not taking action. DO NOT STAY HERE. I had to throw out some of our belongs because they were contaminated. They were also gouging prices because of the eclipse. So this was an extremely expensive mistake. I will also be filing a complaint with the local health department. They are perpetuating the spread of bedbugs. GROSS.

It was gross. It smelled like stale cigarettes. There was scratches all over the chair from some form in animal. The chair was dirty. In the morning we found bed bugs, I felt very unsafe. Overall I would never stay here ever.
