Had continuing issues with getting a furnace they installed to work. We literally after installation had to have them come out 7-8 times to get the new furnace they installed functional. Very difficult to deal with. All of this could of been avoided if they took the time to install a 3 inch vs a 2 inch exhaust pipe when they initially replaced my furnace. Also they never seem to arrive on time.
I would strongly recommend against working with Summers if they cut corners like this.
Also I have repeatedly asked for the paperwork for the initial diagnosis of my old furnace for my Insurance and they refuse to send this to me.
