Plumbed our new construction.  Can light was raining in my kitchen while upstairs tub drained! Can hear the plumbing from the washer draining leaking in wall, causing my ceiling to buckle and nails pop. Discoloring on ceiling from the water damage. He said not his problem and blamed the contractor! Our cibtractor was the best! This owner Brian Kipp, real piece of work. Lied to my face, and refused to fix the issue. Only one thing he said was a young guy on his crew fault. Never soldered the pipes to the tub! Well, maybe you should check the other issues since you k ow he made mistakes! All I want is my plumbing issues fixed do my house doesn't rot from the inside out! Or get mold! New house should not have these issues!

We built a house and what a horrific experience thanks to Kipp. House was less than 1 year old and developed a plumbing leak. We called and talked to Brian. He said since he did work for our builder, that our builder had to contact him for service. The builder was out of business, so he said he would not do anything. On top of that, his guys tried to take my ladder that was at the house. Apparently, I had a similar ladder as to what they used. I told them it was mine, but it magically disappeared the next time I was at the house. Brian again refused to do anything. I had to fix both leaks myself. Do yourself a favor and do not use them!
