Do not go here!!!! Horrible Management!!! No customer service... My daughter took her car there for three claims that happened... rental coverage ran out and it took longer than they expected. Yes they paid $300 for a rental but car had to go back in for something that was missed... My daughter has kids to get to school and I'm getting no help with getting her in a car till parts come in. It's already been there a week npw.it will be another week. Mr Sollis is rude and his care less attitude is horrible. My daughter called me crying so upset. Greed that's all this is. ALREADY MADE 1500 FROM US AND ALL THE MONEY FROM INSURANCE....SO SAD.....PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This company has poor customer service and service work. They didnt notify us of additional damage from the towing company, however they admitted to it being a common tendency. Not to mention the customer service rep who originally had taken the call to address the issue had a poor attitude. This is a brand new vehicle that had not been smoked in, but when we get the vehicle back it smells like cigarettes. The company advised that they would reach back out for a detail, but failed to do so. The company has poor safety standards and didnt review their own work as later to find out the horn doesnt even work. Absolutely unsatisfactory, never will I recommend this shop to any friends, family, or strangers. They do not care about your safety, nor do they care about the accuracy in their work. Note, this was an $18,000 repair with this many discrepancies, I can only imagine what else was missed and who else out there has had this experience.

One of if not the best collision centers hands down. Dallas and the staff helped me all the way and they were very informative about my truck...
