        Ive experienced nothing but complete incompetence at this location. Last week I had my oil changed and they recommended I replace my battery. I didnt have time to wait so I scheduled an appointment to come back another day. No problems there. I returned for my scheduled appointment and they didnt have my battery. They had ordered one but sold it to someone else. So I left and rescheduled for today. I called ahead and they confirmed they had the part. When I checked in they said it would take 10-15 minutes. After about 40 minutes I asked for an update. They admitted they had ordered the wrong battery and would need to order it. I didnt have another hour to wait so they reinstalled the old battery and I left. I had a similar experience with break pads a few months ago and made the mistake of writing it off as a fluke. I drive a common Nissan, parts should be easy to get. I will not return to this location.
