Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Fishers

Decent hotel in an awesome location. It was very clean and the bathroom was incredibly nice. There are at least a dozen restaurants within a walking distance of 5 minutes. One can find a variety of cuisine from Mexican, Italian, American, seafood, Asian, etc. What else could one ask for when traveling! One of the best Courtyards I have stayed at.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Indianapolis for business purposes. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with plenty of walking distance to nearby stores and eateries.

I booked for a week to stay last January. I arrived at the hotel around 3AM because of multiple flight delays. The hotel main entrance was locked and no hotel staff in the reception. I called them multiple times and banged the glassed doors really hard so someone can hear me. After 30 mins, I gave up. I was tired, sleepy, cold (17 F), and so angry. I left and checked in at another hotel. Then the Courtyard receptionist called me, with her I-just-woke-up bedroom voice because she saw my missed calls. I was so mad that I couldn't sleep right away at my new hotel. I called the manager around 11AM to expressed my big time disappointmemt with their service. She removed my one night charge, canceled my booking, but did not apologized for the inconvenienced that experienced at their hotel. SERVICE SUCKS!

My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding.The room was very small for a kng size room. Also, I attempted several times to reach the front desk because the television In our room was not working. No one answered. I told the girl at the front desk about it. She said someone from management would be in touch with me and no one hasn't. This happened the weekend of February 9 to 11th. Noteworthy details: Not applicable

The hotel and location overall was nice. Unfortunately on this trip, no upgrades available with nothing really happening in town in the hotel obviously wasn't full. My key stopped working at about 7:30 a.m. on the day I was supposed to check out and only one elevator worked and I was on the 6th floor so had to either wait 20 minutes or take the stairs every time.
